Making Tariffs Corrupt Again

On September 20, 2018, the New York Times published an article by Paul Krugman titled Making Tariffs Corrupt Again. Paul Krugman is an Opinion Columnist. In this article he is giving his opinion on how Trump has perverted the process and undermined U.S. credibility.

Trump's tariffs on a Chinese goods and many other goods are a big, bad deal. Their direct economic impact will be modest, although hardly trivial. His policy has almost, torn rules that America created almost 80 years ago. We can conclude that trump is making tariffs corrupt again. And the damage will be lasting. Since Trump imposed tariffs on U.S. imports claiming that the tax is for foreigners, but, it's actually a tax hike on America. The tariffs rate set to rise as high as 25%. We can also say and believe that political favoritism is running wild.
